The RocketStor 6661A-2USB is a versatile USB 3.1 connectivity expansion solution for Thunderbolt™ 3 capable host platforms. Each RocketStor 6661A-2USB provides both USB 3.1 Type-A and Type-C connectivity for maximum compatibility and ease of use. Though optimized for external USB storage devices such as enclosures, USB drives and docks, the RocketStor 6661A-2USB is also capable of supporting any industry standard USB 3.1/3.0/2.0 device or peripheral.

The RocketStor 6661A-2USB takes full advantage of HighPoint’s performance driven USB 3.1 architecture. Unlike conventional USB cards, docks and hubs, which split a single 10Gb/s channel between two or more ports, the RocketStor 6661A-2USB provides dedicated 10Gb/s USB 3.1 transfer bandwidth for Type-A and Type-C connector. This unique approach to USB connectivity is ideal for high-speed USB-based storage applications.

Simply connect the RocketStor to your Thunderbolt™ Mac or PC using the included Thunderbolt™ 3 40Gb/s cable, plug in the power adapter, and you are ready to go!

The RocketStor 6661A-2USB is capable of supporting nearly any industry-standard USB port type when used in conjunction with the HighPoint USB-C31-1MA (Type-A to Type-C) and USB-A31-06B (Type-A to Micro-B) USB 3.1 device cables.
