Customers that require transfer speeds between 15,000 and 24,000 MB/s can pair SSD7500 series RAID controllers with Gen3 NVMe SSD’s. The superior PCIe 4.0 bandwidth ensures maximum performance for both RAID and non-RAID storage configurations, and the Gen3 SSD’s offer as much as 25% savings over equivalent Gen 4 models.

True Hot-Plug Capability for U.2 NVMe SSD's

HighPoint PCIe Gen 4 NVMe RAID architecture incorporates Surprise Add and Remove technology to enable true hot-swap capability for the SSD7500 series U.2 NVMe RAID controllers. Customers can add or remove drives using the WebGUI management interface without having to power down the system or remove the NVMe host device.

Comprehensive NVMe RAID Technology

HighPoint 7500 Series NVMe RAID controllers will automatically recognize new NVMe SSDS’s as single drives- no configuration necessary. In addition, our comprehensive NVMe RAID stack enables each controller to support RAID multiple RAID 0, 1 or 10 arrays, or mixed configurations of single disks and RAID storage.

RAID 10 Delivers Maximum Performance with Data Redundancy
Unique to HighPoint NVMe RAID solutions, is RAID 10, which is now featured by our bootable and non-bootable product series. RAID 10, delivers the best of both worlds – Maximum Performance and Data Security. A RAID 10 array is comprised of two RAID 0 sets, which are then mirrored to one another for security. RAID 10’s delivers the performance of a stripe array while maintaining a hidden backup of your stored data.

When it comes to maintaining critical storage configurations, each customer has specific needs and preferences. Both management interfaces share universal layouts across all major operating systems, and can be administered locally or remotely via an internet connection. The Web RAID Management Interface (WebGUI) is a simple, intuitive web-based management tool and is ideal for customers who are new to RAID technology. The CLI (command line interface) is a powerful, text-only management interface designed for advanced users and professional administrators. Comprehensive user guides are available for both interfaces are available from each controller’s Software Updates webpage. Both interfaces were designed to streamline NVMe Storage Management.

Customers can easily track TBW (Terabytes Written) and the temperature of each individual NVMe SSD, ensure the SSD7000 controller is using the fastest available PCIe slot, configure an event log with email notification, and monitor the status of critical RAID configurations in person or remotely via an internet connection.

Bootable RAID Support for Windows and Linux

SSD7500 series NVME RAID controllers can be used to configure bootable RAID or single NVMe SSD configurations for Windows and Linux systems. Optional UEFI downloads and complete installation guides are available for each supported platform.
